About me

Being married to my best friend for nearly 20 years and raising children, I can personally vouch for the success of applying research-based skills in the family. I have provided years of individual, couples, and group therapy. I enjoy giving supervision, consultation, and working with various multi-disciplinary teams. Having played collegiate sports, I developed a passion for performance enhancement. In my free time, I enjoy utilizing self-mastery techniques to refine my artistic and musical hobbies. Nobody will give us what we deserve; we must build it.

Doctoral degree in clinical psychology and licensed in both Texas and Wisconsin

I incorporate a variety of treatment modalities (e.g., DBT, person-centered, psychodynamic, etc.) and find myself frequently using cognitive-behavioral therapy as my baseline.
